What is Coinks®?

Coinks® is a Points scheme that lets you collect from household brands - the kind of products that you put in your supermarket trolley every day. What’s on supermarket shelves right now?

Participating brands will feature a promotional message on their packs directing you to a unique code printed somewhere on the packaging.

Every time you enter a code from a participating brand, you’ll get Points.

Some brands will have their own website.

Points can be spent on literally hundreds of things – whatever you’re into...

What is the Coinks® network?

Some participating brands also have their own website, featuring exclusive offers that you can only claim with Points you’ve collected from that brand.

The good news is, they are all part of the Coinks® network.

That means you only need to register once to access every website in the Coinks® network.

One account. One username. One password.

Can I enter codes and spend Points from any participating brand on

Yes, you can enter codes and spend Points from any participating brand at That also means you can lump them all together to claim one big treat if you fancy. Cool eh?

Can I enter codes and spend any Points on other sites within the Coinks® network?

Some participating brands have their own website featuring exclusive offers. Therefore, you can only enter codes and spend Points you’ve collected from that brand to claim those offers.

So for example, you can’t spend Points collected from packs of Fabulous Bakin’ Boys muffins on the McVitie’s VIP Club website.

Can I see a statement of my Points and transactions?

When you’re signed in on any website within the Coinks® network, simply click on the ‘Your Account’ link. You’ll see a statement of all the Points you’ve collected and spent from all participating brands.

Where can I collect more Points?

Our unique codes are appearing on new products all the time.

Don't be greedy...

While it’s great to collect lots of Points, please don’t buy more that you can reasonably use, just to take up a reward or to try and win a prize draw.

Our system is designed to trigger security alerts on activity that suggests over-consumption and it may limit how many codes you can enter.

We may also ask you to send us proof of purchase, such as the physical codes and till receipts.

What can I get with my Points?

All sorts of exciting rewards can crop on!

They're changing all the time, so it's probably best to just show you.

What are my Points worth?

Your Points have a value, so keep them safe! The amount varies and it depends on the type of reward, but here’s a rough guide:

  • When using your Points to claim a discount you’ll save on average £1 per Point exchanged. 
  • When using your Points to claim a completely free reward, (i.e. you don’t pay anything), your Points will save you at least 1p each.
  • When exchanging your Points for cash, the exchange rate is 1p per Point.

We’ll always try and make it clear how much you’re saving by using Points instead of cash.

Your Account

How do I set up my account?

It's easy. Simply head for the Join-Up page and complete the form.

You'll need to create a username and a password. We'll send you an email once you register, confirming your username so file that somewhere safe.

Your username and password is the same for any website within the Coinks® network, so you only need to register once.

How do I sign in on to my account?

That’s easy. Once you’ve created your account, you can sign in at any time.

Pop your username and password in the boxes at the top of the, page, and click "Sign-in".

Forgotten your password?

Don't worry, it happens to us all and it’s easy to fix! Simply, click the ‘forgot your password’ link at the top of the page, enter your email address when requested and we’ll send you an email with a link so you can reset your password.

How do I check my account?

Once you’re signed in, simply click the ‘Your Account’ link to see a full statement of Points you’ve collected and spent.

You can also edit your Personal Details on this page.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can click the unsubscribe link in our emails to stop receiving them.

Alternatively, simply Sign In and click the ‘Your Account’ link. Here, you can unsubscribe from emails, edit your personal details and also see your Points statement.


How do I enter my code?

To enter your code simply sign in to your account and the Enter Code box will appear at the top of the page.  Find your brand from the drop down menu, and enter your code in the Enter Code box.

Every Coinks® code is unique and you can only enter it once.

Once you’ve entered your code, Points will then be added to your account and you’re ready to reward yourself!

I can't find my code.

Does your pack feature the promotion printed somewhere on the packaging?

  • Yes, my pack features a Coinks® promotion.
    There should be some instructions on the back or side of the pack to help you find the code. Sometimes it’s printed inside the pack or near the best before date. If you still can't find it please Contact Us and we’ll sort it out for you.
  • No, there is nothing printed on my pack.
    Sorry, it looks like the pack you have bought isn't featuring in one of our promotions. Promotional packs usually feature an image or sticker mentioning a code.
  • Have a look at our Shop in Store page to see which packs to look out for.

I can’t read my code.

If you’ve found your code but it’s not printed clearly enough to read, then you’ll need to Contact Us and we’ll sort something out for you.

My code isn’t recognised.

  • Are you entering the right code?
    Packs often feature many codes such as batch numbers. Our codes are usually between 10 and 12 characters long and will always be a mixture of numbers and letters.
  • Are you on the right website?
    You can only enter codes on the website specific to that promotion or Your pack should give you the correct website address.
  • Still having a problem?
    If you’ve found the correct code and you’re on the correct website but your code still isn’t being accepted, then we’ll need to look into it. Please Contact Us with your pack details so we can sort something out for you.

My code has already been entered.

Every code is unique and they can only be entered once. If your code has been entered by another person, you’ll be given the option to claim that the code belongs to you. We may need to ask you for proof of purchase, so hang on to your pack.

Keep your codes safe. Sometimes, you may be asked to send us codes or your till receipt as proof of purchase, so hang to them and keep them safe.

Please don’t try and share your codes with other people. There are some pretty nifty security alerts on the system that monitor any unusual activity, so it might freeze your account.

Prize Draws on Coinks®

We work closely with The Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM) to make sure our prize draws meet with their recommendations.

We will always give you all the details you need before you enter a Prize Draw.

Swapping Points for your entry

Sometimes entry is ‘free’ (we won’t deduct any Points) but most of the time you will need to swap Points for your entry. We will always show how many Points you will need to enter. Sometimes these will need to be a certain ‘type’ of Point. Read on and we’ll explain.

Different types of points

Sometimes you can only enter a prize draw using Points that are specific to a particular brand or promotion.

We will always tell you which Points you need to enter and where you can collect them.

Any prize draws featured on are unrestricted. You can use any type of Points to enter.

Extra entries

Some prize draws will allow you to exchange more Points for extra entries and improve your chances further.

The amount of additional entries you will get per Point depends on the prize draw and we will always give you the information before you swap Points for extra entries.

Entrants from Northern Ireland

The gaming laws governing Northern Ireland mean that we must allow consumers from Northern Ireland the option to enter a prize draw without having to purchase something. 

However, as our prize draws are also open to UK residents, we have no way to allow consumers from Northern Ireland only to enter a prize draw without using Points. Therefore, we will refund your Points after you enter.

However, we can also offer you a postal option that doesn’t require you to spend Points. Please send an envelope containing your name, address, email address and the prize draw you wish to enter to:

What is the Cash exchange rate?

1 Point = 1 Pence (Sterling)

What is the minimum/maximum amount I can exchange in Cash?

The minimum exchange is 300 points

The maximum exchange is 2000 points.

How do I get paid?

Payment will be made by BACS directly into your bank account. You will need a current UK bank account and you’ll need to provide us with the details.

There is no charge for BACS payments.

How long does it take for the money to appear in my account?

It takes around 14 days from when you exchange your Points. The money will be transferred direct to your bank account by BACS.


Where Has Andrex® Gone?

The Andrex® Puppy now has a kennel of his very own called Andrex® Puppy Points*.

It’s still run by us, but it’s now completely separate from the Coinks® network. There are lots of new things to see, plus all the old stuff you loved before.

Can I still enter Andrex® codes on

No. Andrex® Puppy Points* is now the only place you’ll be able to enter Andrex® codes and collect Andrex® Puppy Points.

Any Points you collect will only show in your Andrex® Puppy Points* account. They won’t show in your Coinks® account.

The good news is, your username and password for and Andrex® Puppy Points* will be the same, so you don’t have to think of a new one!
